Hi. Ur comapy driver is worst. he didn’t stop at stop sign was driving aggressively van number is 1GTS 209. He was nearly to accidnt. Pls give him some advise about driving

Absolutely terrible service with monitoring. Will charge you for low battery call outs. Will call you at 2.30am to say the power is off. Do yourself a favour and steer clear I wish I had.

Whatever you do don't try to cancel your security monitoring as their customer service is a complete joke.Attempted calling on Friday the 30th (twice) but after being automatically put on hold for 5 mins I then got redirected to a recorded message that said I was calling out of office hours (i was not). Gave up and tried again Tuesday 4th. Got the same run around. Sent a contact request to call me back ASAP. 24hrs + later... nothing.Tried calling again today. Finally got through and was told I had to call another number which was a dedicated department to handle this. Called that number and have now been told I have to email a request to terminate the contract.Stupendously bad customer service. And overpriced to boot.1 star awarded due to the fact that is the lowest rating i could give them.

Can't contact a human in this company and now they are sending me expensive duplicate invoices from India somewhere... ripper
